Speed loading hydrants are a fast connect manifold system that is portable and can be mobilized near a water source for the purpose of providing quick re loading of fire trucks, water tenders, or large water tankers.

Delta’s speed loading hydrants provide the wildfire structure protection teams quick and efficient re-loading of these fire engines where traditional municipal type fire hydrants do not exist.

Our speed-loading hydrants package utilizes a combination of our high performance Tohatsu gas pumps, and our user-friendly hydrant manifolds. We can conform to any hookup request and offer multiple connections to more than one tanker or fire engine at the same time. Our ability to move large water volumes over long distances means that our speed loading hydrants can be placed at more suitable and strategic staging areas where safe maneuverability of trucks is essential.
