Flood Recovery

Delta Wildfire & Flood Recovery encompasses the activities and programs designed to support communities in rebuilding after a disaster in a resilient, culturally safe, and appropriate manner.

Our recovery efforts begin during the response phase and extend into long-term restoration planning. Services may include strategic deployment and management of response equipment, de-watering agricultural land and low-lying flood-impacted areas, and restoring sites to pre-flood conditions or better.

We actively promote the Build Back Better (BBB) approach to post-disaster recovery — strengthening infrastructure, improving resilience, and reducing future risk while supporting the long-term wellbeing of the communities we serve.
